I hereby express my explicit consent to the processing of the above-mentioned personal data by the organizer of the FRIENDSHIP project, AZYL Production s.r.o., for the purposes of participating in the workshop and related activities during the Azyl SHORTS festival. I agree that my data may be used for internal purposes of record-keeping, communication, and project management.

Participant’s rights:
